About The project

An index for the week that is not on the agenda.

Every Salesforce conference publishes an agenda. Everything else, the dinners, the rooftop mixers, the 7am coffee walks, lives in group chats, spreadsheets, and a dozen separate invite links. Ohana Events pulls that scattered week into one place, for every stop on the circuit.

01 Why it exists

The side events are the point.

Ask anyone who flies in for a conference what they remember, and it is rarely a session. It is the dinner where they met a future co-founder, or the community mixer that turned into a standing group. Those moments are hard to find if you are not already on the right list. This makes them findable, wherever the ecosystem is meeting next.

02 Who makes it

Built by Maple, for the ohana.

Made by people who go to these things, and got tired of screenshotting invite links to their team.

  • Independent. Not the official app, and not trying to be.
  • Community first. Communities, user groups, partners, and sponsors host. The app just makes them easy to find.
  • Trust as the default. Hidden venues, mutual contact exchange, and reviewed listings are built in, not bolted on.

03 The independence line

Not affiliated. On purpose.

Ohana Events is independent, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Salesforce. It deliberately does not copy official branding, and it does not replace any official registration, credential, or event pass. Salesforce, Dreamforce, and Trailblazer are trademarks of their respective owners.
