Terms and Conditions.

Welcome to Ohana Events, an independent mobile guide for discovering Salesforce ecosystem events, saving schedules, requesting access to host-approved events, exchanging contacts by mutual approval, and helping hosts manage event listings and attendee requests.

By accessing or using the app, creating an account, browsing event listings, submitting an event, requesting access to an event, exchanging contact information, or using host/admin-supported features, you agree to these Terms.

This app is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Salesforce. It is not the official Salesforce event app and does not replace any official Salesforce registration, credential, event pass, communication, or access process.

Event listings are provided by hosts, organizers, users, or Maple admins. Maple may review, edit, feature, reject, hide, archive, or remove listings to protect app quality, trust, privacy, and user experience.

Events may be open, externally registered, or request/invite based. Request-based events may require host approval, waitlisting, or rejection, and exact venue details may be hidden until approval.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and profile information. If you request a gated event, relevant profile information, request notes, and request answers may be shared with the event host for review.

Contact exchange is mutual. Private contact details are not shown to another attendee unless the relevant contact exchange is accepted.

Hosts and organizers are responsible for event accuracy, venue rules, capacity management, attendee handling, compliance with applicable laws, and appropriate handling of applicant data or exports.

External registration links may send you to third-party services that Maple does not control. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, registration rules, and fees.

Do not misuse the app, scrape data, submit deceptive listings, impersonate others, harass users, share applicant data improperly, or imply Salesforce sponsorship or endorsement.

Maple may suspend accounts, restrict features, remove content, or take operational action when needed for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or product quality.

The app is provided as-is and may change over time. Maple is not responsible for event cancellations, venue changes, host decisions, third-party services, attendee conduct, or physical-event risks.

For support, privacy, or legal questions, contact Maple through the support channel provided in the app.
